The Handpan products manufactured by our factory are covered by a 12-month warranty period, commencing from the date of delivery (as evidenced by the bill of lading/express receipt). The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, excluding damages caused by improper operation, accidental impact, unauthorized disassembly, or natural wear and tear (e.g., surface oxidation due to long-term exposure to extreme environments).
